The Oz Principle Accountability Training is currently used by nearly half of the Fortune 50's largest companies in the United States. In 2012, the Executive Office of the President of the United States adopted The Oz Principle to increase efficiencies between functions, such as the travel office, security, IT, accounting and facilities. Partners In Leadership reports that training resulted in increased accountability and results among the White House staff and a new common language of accountability that is, "helping the employees deal with work-life balance issues that are unique to their environment."

"I'm delighted to work with Partners In Leadership to bring this unique and important training offering to Austin," said Liliya Spinazzola, director of UT-PDC. "This one day workshop is a tremendous opportunity for Austin managers, supervisors and leaders to learn the tools they need to build stronger organizations that engender pride, responsibility, high morale and increased teamwork."

Ryan Millar, Regional Vice President, Senior Leadership Consultant, and Executive Facilitator of Partners In Leadership will teach this Austin workshop. He added, "I look forward with great anticipation to sharing The Oz Principle with the growing Austin market. Participants will walk away with a full understanding of how to instill a Culture Of Accountability® in their organizations that will result in greater profitability, improved operating efficiencies and a more creative, resourceful approach to meeting objectives."

The Oz Principle Accountability Training is based on the New York Times Bestselling book The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual And Organizational Accountability. The Oz Principle shows how taking the Steps To Accountability® and helping people See It, Own It, Solve It, and Do It® can help participants move Above The Line® to take ownership for overcoming obstacles and getting results. The book and training outline how to capture the power of positive accountability by helping people at every level of an organization ask the question, "What else can I do?" to achieve the desired result.
