The free app offers video and audio versions of UCTV's latest programs, organized by subject matter and special monthly features. To get the app, visit http://uctv.tv/iphone or search "UCTV" in the iTunes store. An Android version of the app is scheduled to be released in Fall 2012.
UCTV's entrance in the mobile marketplace is part of the public-serving media outlet's continued transition to emerging media platforms, including YouTube, iTunesU and Roku. UCTV is also available online worldwide and on cable television in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Riverside and other select cities around the country.
