Unique "meta-ranking" combines results of six influential MBA and business school rankings
SEATTLE, Nov. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Online business education and career guide Top Management Degrees (www.topmanagementdegrees.com/) has published a super ranking of the 50 best schools for online MBA degrees (www.topmanagementdegrees.com/top-online-mba-super-ranking).
Based on combined data from six of the leading, most influential MBA and business school rankings, the ranking lists Indiana University-Bloomington as #1, followed by Northeastern University at #2, and Arizona State University at #3.

The rankings combined to come up with the Online MBA Super Ranking include MBA and business school rankings from US News and World Report's Online Business School Ranking, Get Educated's AACSB-Accredited Online MBA Program Student Satisfaction Scores, Eduniversal's Global Graduate Business School Rankings, The Economist's MBA Ranking, The Financial Time's Online MBA Ranking, and The QS Online MBA Ranking.
According to Tammie Cagle, Editor of Top Management Degrees, by bringing together the results of these six rankings, the subjective and idiosyncratic elements of each publication's methodology are smoothed out, providing a more accurate and stable picture of the online MBA program landscape. The ranking results of each publication were weighted the same to avoid interjecting any subjective judgments about which ranking is better.
