SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — DUI Attorney Bob Mortland from Beahm Law has been asked by the Alameda County Law Library to give a seminar regarding handling a DUI case. Mr. Mortland will be speaking concerning DMV and license issues in connection to a DUI arrest or investigation. Mr. Mortland will be speaking with two other experienced DUI lawyers: Francisco Rodriguez and Marsanne Weese. The event will be held on September 17, 2013 from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the Alameda County Law Library located at 125 Twelfth Street Oakland, CA 94607.

Bob Mortland will share his advice on how drivers can best protect their license and DMV record after being arrested or being investigated for driving under the influence. Mr. Mortland will also remain at the library to answer any questions regarding DUI cases or general criminal defense.

"There are strict and extremely short time limits applied when handling a case with the DMV," said Mortland. "I'm frequently asked questions about license suspensions after a DUI and how to best handle these issues, so I'm looking forward to participating in the seminar and answering any questions. I plan on giving advice as if I were talking to all non-lawyers but I certainly understand that this will be valuable to practicing DUI lawyers as well. Either way, I am sure everyone can learn something new from this seminar."

Mr. Mortland started his career at his private practice where he handled hundreds of DUI issues. Since then, he has been hired by Beahm Law, a highly respected and recognized firm in San Francisco. In fact, Beahm Law is recognized by several social media sites (such as Yelp, Google, Avvo, Facebook…) as the criminal defense and DUI attorney with the highest aggregate rating in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Unlike other criminal defense firms, Beahm Law is recognizable by their youth, positive attitude, and a sincere desire to do great things. Beahm Law doesn't fit the mold of what many would expect at a recognized, respected law firm.
