This is the third year that companies and individuals around the world will be celebrating CX Day on the first Tuesday in October. CX Day was created as an opportunity for celebrating great customer experience and the professionals who make it happen.

Earlier this year, Temkin Group labeled 2015 as "The Year of the Employee" in its annual listing of customer experience trends. To reinforce that topic, the company's plans for CX Day include a heavy emphasis on employee engagement.
