The APLU Annual Meeting, to be held Nov. 2 – 4 at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando, Fla.), is the largest gathering of senior leaders from public research universities. The meeting will allow academic professionals from across North America to discuss the latest challenges and opportunities facing public universities. This year's meeting theme is "Progress through Partnerships."
At the event, Lurding will participate in a panel discussion titled "Beyond Graduation: Facilitating University Partnerships for Student Post-graduation Outcomes." During the session, to be held on Nov. 3 at 8:30 A.M., Lurding will highlight how universities can align themselves with their regional employer base to improve student post-graduation employment outcomes.
