Newton helped build one of the country's largest integrated social media agencies, Banyan Branch (now Deloitte Digital) from the ground up. A key part of the Client Services team, she drove the social strategy and oversaw execution for clients including Bath & Body Works, Clarisonic, and Constellation Wines.

"Everyone else is talking about social advertising, but Admosis Media is providing effective solutions for paid social amplification," said Newton.  "I wanted to join a company built by social practitioners who are pioneering the disruption in advertising."

Admosis Media specializes in creating, trafficking and optimizing hyper-targeted social advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Founder and President Brooke Angles developed this comprehensive approach as head of social for Expedia. Angeloff has roots as a consultant and former Marketing Director at Ant's Eye View, now PricewaterhouseCoopers.

"Precision targeting delivers efficient spend and unprecedented insights. Successful campaigns require part art, part science, and the right team behind it," said Angles. "The time is right for us to bring in a star like Tara to help us build out the infrastructure to support exponentially increasing demand."

Using their proven methodology, Admosis Media grew to eight team members, and tripled its client base in 2013.  It counts among its clients Living Social, NBC affiliate KING 5 television, BMC Software, and global health non-profit Pilgrim Africa.
