Before joining Sanford Rose Associates, Robison enjoyed a 28-year career in finance and operations for several rapidly growing agribusiness, food processing, and distribution companies and most recently served as COO of McGill Environmental Systems and CFO of House of Raeford Farms. Robison's in-depth industry experience will give Sanford Rose Associates – Wilmington a competitive advantage in the industries it serves.
John R. "Jack" Smith is the President of Sanford Rose Associates – Milwaukee. Smith has served a broad base of small, medium, and Fortune 500-sized U.S. and international companies in the industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, environmental remediation services, and human resources outsourcing sectors, including his own human resources outsourcing firm, GNB Environmental Services, Inc., Integris Metals, Inc. and EnPro Industries, Inc. Clinton S. "Clint" Browning is Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates – Atlanta Downtown. Browning is a native Atlantan with over 15 years experience in the search industry including positions with Korn/Ferry, Ajilon and most recently, JobPlex, a division of DHR International. Browning's extensive recruiting experience will be a key asset to the practice of Sanford Rose Associates – Atlanta Downtown, which will focus on placing executive-level talent in the Insurance, Banking & Finance, Not for Profit and Higher Education marketplaces.
