Recruiting for Good Launches Making Life Great Benefits Program Empowering Companies to Pay It Forward and Make a Difference

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 14, 2011 — Recruiting for Good pays back clients who enable recruiting to make a difference, by sharing a portion of each placement fee received and investing in socially responsible programs that offer purposeful benefits to employees. Employees can pay forward the benefit to sponsor a family member, friend, or someone in the community.

Launching in 2012, high-purpose benefits being offered to employees include:

  1. Girls in Power, a program mentoring girls and offering yoga, health, wellness, and life skills.
  2. Radiance Movement, a program offering free dance for everyBODY – teaching dance to the Autism, Down's Syndrome, and Parkinson's communities.
  3. Basic Leadership Program, a transformational program teaching men the value of "Higher Purpose" and supporting men to be leaders in life and better husbands, fathers, managers and men in the community.
