The hospital will meet the needs of medically complex patients that require sophisticated post-acute treatment. Working together, with the Warm Springs Specialty Hospital at Luling and the San Antonio Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, the Company and Gulf States LTAC will collaborate on best practices to offer Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation services to the entire region. Long Term Acute Care hospitals offer ICU-level services with core programs that focus on Pulmonary / Ventilator Weaning, Medically Complex and Wound Care.
