CAMP HILL, Pa., Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Post Acute Medical, LLC ("PAM") is pleased to announce the addition of three long term acute care hospitals ("LTACHs") to its hospital network. The transaction adds facilities in Corpus Christi, TX, Lafayette, LA and Tulsa, OK. Two additional Facilities in Victoria, TX and Milwaukee, WI will join the Post Acute Network before October 1, 2013. The five LTACHS are part of a previously announced transaction between Vibra Healthcare, LLC ("Vibra") and Kindred Healthcare, Inc.

The former Kindred facilities to be operated by Post Acute Medical are:
Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital of Corpus Christi (formerly Kindred Hospital Corpus Christi) located at 6226 Saratoga Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78414
Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital of Lafayette (formerly Kindred Hospital Lafayette) located at 204 Energy Parkway, Lafayette, LA 70508
Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital of Tulsa (formerly Kindred Hospital Tulsa) located at 3219 South 79th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74145
The two Kindred facilities scheduled for close in September include:
Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital of Milwaukee (currently Kindred Hospital Milwaukee) located at 5017 S 110th Street, Greenfield, WI 53228
Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital of Victoria (currently Kindred Hospital Victoria) located at 506 E San Antonio Street, 3rd Floor, Victoria, TX 77901
The addition of these facilities increases PAM's portfolio of hospitals to 17 in four states. PAM also operates two freestanding outpatient rehabilitation clinics. An additional four IRFs are under construction or in development.
