Calza brings more than 20 years of diverse financial management experience to NAS

Mr. Calza brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to NAS along with a distinguished career in the telecommunications and commercial construction industries as well as in public accounting. His responsibilities include the overall financial management and transparency of the company including controllership, treasury, investor relations, tax and long range planning.

Before joining National Asset Services, Mr. Calza was Vice President of Finance for the West Region for Time Warner Cable. While there, he was a key leader during the successful consolidation of the financial operations in Southern California which was the largest cable merger for a metropolitan area, through the acquisition of subscribers, assets and employees of Comcast and Adelphia.

Prior to TWC, Mr. Calza was Controller for Menemsha Construction Solutions, with over 200 employees in 40 states and specializing in construction services for the retail and banking industries. He oversaw all facets of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, reporting and forecasting.

Mr. Calza also served as a Director of Business Operations for Charter Communications, responsible for the management of capital, retail lobbies, warehouses and fleet. Prior to that, he was a Director of Accounting for Comcast Corporation. Oliver started his accounting career at Thomashow, Brown and Paialii, CPAs where he was an audit manager responsible for middle market privately held companies in various industries.

Mr. Calza is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
