Aimee Brazeau Adds to Company's Diversified Property Management Experience

Aimee Brazeau brings over 30 years of experience in asset and property management to NAS.  She has spent the past 10 years providing national account clients with assistance in all facets of property management, due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, and supervision of tenant coordination.

In addition to multifamily management, Ms. Brazeau has diverse experience in retail real estate, including site selection, asset management, lease negotiation, and construction supervision and oversight of property rehabilitations in excess of $3 Million. Ms. Brazeau has a strong emphasis in project budgeting, property valuations, due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions and property performance reporting.  She has standardized the financial reporting process, including third party monthly operating reports and yearly budgets.

Aimee's professional experience includes employment with developers, pension fund advisors, tenant-in-common (TIC) ownership structures, retailers and third party property managers.
