MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 27, 2008 — John Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, announced the recent appointment of Nancy Frost as the Vice President of Employee Benefits for the Mountain View, CA-based insurance intermediary and broker.

Ms. Frost will lead a team of client account managers, assistants and dedicated marketing personnel who oversee the day-to-day servicing of her client accounts. While her primary role at Lawson-Hawks is the development of new business, Ms. Frost will proactively monitor and assist in fulfilling client-specific requests, open-enrollments, plan and design changes and employee education. Per Ms. Frost, of particular interest to many of her current clients are employee wellness programs and initiatives. The implementation of such programs will be a primary goal of Lawson-Hawks and Ms. Frost in 2008.
