Monscierge Chosen for First-Ever Exclusive Technology Exhibit

Only 94 companies will debut in the new C.E.S. tech-zone; Monscierge, selected by Dell, produces the interactive touch-screens seen popping up worldwide in trendy travel/hospitality venues

OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 12, 2012 — The 2012 International CES®, the world's largest tradeshow for consumer technology, took over Las Vegas, Nevada, earlier this week, with Monscierge as part of its first-ever Eureka Park TechZone.

Monscierge, a company more recently known for interactive concierge touch-screens, has been hand-picked by Dell Inc. to display a new form of credible service for tablets and smart phones, due for public distribution in February. Monscierge will be a guest at Eureka Park as a representative for the Startup America Partnership launched at the White House in response to President Obama's call to celebrate, inspire, and accelerate high-growth entrepreneurship throughout the nation.

"We're happy to provide Monsierge this opportunity to exhibit at CES and look forward to continuing to support their technology needs as they strive to grow their company," said Erik Dithmer, general manager and vice president, Dell SMB Americas. "We're also proud to sponsor The Startup America Partnership because we believe, as they do, young companies that grow create jobs."

Surprisingly like a "live" concierge, a Monscierge device can provide the status of a flight, the current weather forecast for Madrid, or the hours of operations for the closest shopping mall. The biggest difference from other popular application tools is that Monscierge can connect you with an actual expert recommendation – not an advertisement – for anything needed, such as a local service, dining or entertainment options, travel stops, and more.

This is conceivable through a newly developed Recommendation Network™ that's currently made exclusive for Monscierge platforms. Through extensive user research (over 1 million hours of usage data), Monscierge can be confident in claiming they know how to develop products based on what guests want, how they want it, and when they want it. It is proving to be a much desired alternative to many popular products and tools manufactured to "lead" consumers to advertised clients, Yellow Pages listings, or to "review" websites, which recently heard public outcry for relaying contrived and falsified information.

"Monscierge has the functionality guests demand, the flexibility brands require, and the price point owners desire," says Liam Walsh, Managing Director for Monscierge in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). "Our hardware solutions and suite of applications includes a custom cloud-based content management system that supports client control, brand, and information delivery."

Since 2009, Monscierge has consistently rolled out new innovations to strengthen its value, such as recently adding the ability to send social postcards from its screens. While guests enjoy sending them through e-mail, Facebook, and Twitter, the postcards build brand awareness for Monscierge clients.
