Ms. Ward joins MidCap Advisors from Dovetail Business Advisors, a full-service mergers & acquisitions and consulting firm she founded in Kansas City, Missouri. Before founding Dovetail, Ms. Ward was a Managing Director for another national firm and had a very successful career with Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Ms. Ward is an accomplished entrepreneur and businesswoman with 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, management consulting, executive coaching, manufacturing and business services. Laura has extensive experience working with top management of major corporations and small to mid-sized family-owned businesses.
