His client, who had difficulty walking due to a disability, had just finished legally crossing a crosswalk when a massive semi-truck, which she was leaning on for balance while it was stopped in the crosswalk, caused her to fall violently to the ground after it began accelerating upon the change of the traffic light. She was admitted to the hospital with a displaced fracture of her neck and a compromised spinal cord. She died six months later.
