MED3OOO and Phytel Form Strategic Business Alliance

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 25, 2008 — MED3OOO, Inc., a national healthcare management and technology company, and Phytel, the leader in automated patient care management, recently announced a partnership aimed at providing physicians with the tools needed to proactively improve patient care. Per the terms of the agreement, both companies will expand their offerings and embed additional features into the proprietary product line, M3/Connect powered by Phytel.

M3/Connect powered by Phytel aggregates information from MED3OOO's M3/IQ(TM) warehouse, practice management systems, electronic medical records, hospital information systems and other available data sources in order to create an active patient registry for the practice or organization.
