PITTSBURGH, April 26, 2007 — MED3OOO, Inc., a national healthcare management and technology company, recently appointed Stephen Ura to the position of Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Ura has 30 years of healthcare information systems and software development experience, including an extensive background in commercial software development from product definition through design, coding, implementation, installation, and support.
Mr. Ura will oversee the information systems strategy and infrastructure for MED3OOO's IT operations, as well as the continued development of MED3OOO's M3/IQ(TM) data warehouse and reporting technology. In addition, he will direct the privacy and security initiatives related to all of the company's information systems and networks.

Mr. Ura started his career working in information technology for two university-based teaching hospitals in the St. Louis area. During this time, he also founded a healthcare-focused software development and consulting firm which was subsequently purchased by a healthcare software company in Houston, Texas. After seven years in Texas, Steve joined A4 Health Systems in Cary, North Carolina, to refocus the company on the development and delivery of clinical software products. He served on the Board of Directors at A4, and later helped in acquiring its first round of venture funding from the MVP fund led by John McConnell. Mr. Ura's expertise and focus on company growth was instrumental in the acquisition of A4 Health Systems by Allscripts. Historically, he is known for his role in the development of the products known today as HealthMatics ED, EHR and Ntierprise. His most recent experience was serving as Vice President of Development for the HealthMatics product line for Allscripts. In this role, he led the Product Management, Software Development, and Quality Assurance teams for HealthMatics.
Mr. Ura will be located in Raleigh, N.C.
