PITTSBURGH, Dec. 6, 2006 — MED3OOO, Inc., a national healthcare management and technology company, has signed an agreement to acquire Columbus, OH-based HealthServe, LLC, a full-service practice management, technology solutions and revenue cycle management company focused on the physician and EMS marketplace. The acquisition will expand MED3OOO's services in Ohio, Illinois, and the surrounding Midwestern states.
