Hits L.A.'s Famed Whisky A Go Go on 7/7 to Rock the House with Her Band
LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2012 — Rapidly rising pop/rock sensation Madison Rose gives love a sexy and sassy kiss off with the June 20th release of "Over You," the new single from her upcoming debut album, Aftershock. She also returns to the Whisky A Go Go on July 7th at 9:30 PM to raise the roof off the legendary Sunset Strip venue with her band, which includes her brother and musical collaborator Justyn – The Stuntman on lead guitar.
At only 18 years of age, Madison Rose has already leapt to surefire success in today's music scene. Music Connection recently touted her as one of its Hot 100 Live Unsigned Artists & Bands, and she was chosen as the stunning new face of Samson wireless microphones for its 2012 national advertising and promotional campaign. Her previous single, "Teenage Runaway," was nominated for Best Pop Song of the Year in the 2011 Hollywood Music in Media Awards and boasts more than half a million views on YouTube.

Rose has been singing, writing and performing music ever since she and older brother Justyn caught a Def Leppard concert when she was 13 years old. "That was the first concert I ever attended, and it changed my life," says the Colorado native. "It was one of those epiphanies you hear about. I went home and wrote my first song and I haven't stopped writing since." Her dynamic creative partnership with Justyn has earned him his nickname "The Stuntman" for his multiple contributions to her music as her co-writer, guitarist, mentor and more.
Aftershock was produced by international guitar star Gary Hoey, who boasts five Top 20 Billboard hit albums and has been named among the 100 Greatest Guitarists of all time. As Hoey enthuses, "To see a young artist come up with such great songs is rare. She is gorgeous and talented, and she rocks. Her new record is going to blow people's minds."
