LTCWebsites.com Changes Name to SellingLTC.com, LLC in Conjunction with Major Service Upgrade

ATLANTA, Jan. 21, 2004 — LTCWebsites.com, LLC, an industry leader in providing long-term care insurance sales support and marketing solutions for insurance producers, announced today it has changed its name to SellingLTC.com, LLC in conjunction with a major renovation of its product offerings.

"The name 'SellingLTC.com' better represents who we are as a company and helps the insurance professional better understand our focus – which is providing effective long-term care insurance marketing and sales support tools that will help producers increase and sustain their long-term care insurance sales," said Phillip W. Sullivan, CEO of SellingLTC.com. "And with the many improvements we've made to our existing web-based services, we're confident that our subscribers will be better educated and more productive, and will ultimately increase their long-term care sales."

The improvements include a sleeker, easier-to-use format with innovative tools designed to support the producer in every aspect of his or her LTCI sales career. SellingLTC.com offers a wide variety of tools including an Electronic Underwriting Guide, an Online Quote Engine, a Cost of Care Generator, Goal Tracking System, Personalized Interactive Point of Sales Charts and some of the most in-depth and advanced sales training available today. "We have shifted the focus of sales training from the basics of LTCI to concentrate on advanced selling and closing techniques – techniques which have even been embraced by veterans with over 30 years of insurance sales experience," says Sullivan. "Professionals are looking for LTCI sales solutions and they are finding them at SellingLTC.com. Our products are so effective because they are developed by salespeople for salespeople."

SellingLTC.com is perhaps best known for its comprehensive Policy Comparisons module through which insurance professionals can quickly access a comprehensive analysis of over 100 different long-term care insurance policies from more than 40 insurance carriers. The policies are evaluated on each of 24 separate features and benefits and assigned a score for each depending upon the strength of the contract language. The individual benefit scores are then totaled to produce an overall Product Rating Score on a 100-point scale. SellingLTC.com's policy comparisons have quickly become the standard in the industry.

"The Product Rating Score reflects the relative strength of the coverage that these contracts offer policyholders and prospective applicants," Sullivan explained. "It's all focused on what's best for the consumer."

SellingLTC.com, LLC develops products that help insurance producers sell and market long-term care insurance. Currently it offers subscriptions to SellingLTC.com, a complete LTCI sales and marketing website for insurance producers and an interactive consumer LTCI educational website that can be added to a producer's existing website. Both are available by online subscription. To learn more about SellingLTC.com and their full suite of web-based LTCI sales and marketing products, visit their website at http://www.SellingLTC.com.
