Live365, the Original Internet Radio Network, Announces the Appointment of Dennis Constantine As Director of Broadcasting

Live365 restructures the broadcast team as it looks toward a future of new ideas and innovation.

FOSTER CITY, Calif., Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — As the venerable Live365 prepares for a series of new product launches, the company announces Dennis Constantine as the new Director of Broadcasting. This announcement follows the return of Mark Lam as CEO of Live365.

When asked about his new role, Dennis said, "Live365 offers listeners a completely unique experience.  We are music curation.  When you listen to a music mix on Live365, you are listening to a very personal musical experience.  It's not based on algorithms, but rather on music from a trusted tastemaker — an individual that is enthusiastic, even passionate, about their craft.  One of my roles will be to bring new visionary broadcasters on board, show them how they can express their art, and even make some money while doing it!"  Mark Lam elaborated, "We have some very exciting new initiatives in the wings for our broadcasters and our listeners.  We are excited and fortunate to have someone with Dennis' expertise at the helm of our broadcasting department."

Dennis Constantine is a lifelong broadcaster with decades of experience in broadcasting.  He has programmed radio stations ranging from Pop, AC, Rock, Oldies, Alternative and AAAl; and has received award recognition from prestigious media organizations, including but not limited to Billboard Magazine, Radio & Records, and the National Association of Broadcasters.  In addition to more than 14 years with CBS Radio, Dennis has also worked for Cumulus Radio and Public Radio.  He led the broadcasting teams at market leading stations such as KBCO/Boulder-Denver, KINK/Portland, and KFOG/San Francisco.  When not dedicating his time to radio programming, Dennis donates his time to charitable organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area supporting animal rescue, suicide prevention, homeless food banks, and AIDS research.

Since their launch in 1999, Live365, Inc. continues to be a leader in Internet broadcasting and the choice of over 5,000 Internet broadcasters.  Live365's complete end-to-end broadcast platform, built-in music licensing, and worldwide distribution network enable its broadcasting members to create branded radio stations and interact with their audiences via web, mobile, and streaming devices.  Listeners can tune into Live365's vast network of individuals, musicians, talk broadcasters, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, businesses, brands, and AM/FM stations on their website at Live365.com or the Live365 mobile app. Follow Live365 online at www.Live365.com, on Twitter @Live365, and on Facebook:  @Live365 (Official).
