Lawson-Hawks' Jason Andrew Promoted, Leads Zywave(R) Partnering Initiative

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 13, 2005 — Jason T. Andrew has been promoted to Vice President, Employee Benefits Division for Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates. Mr. Andrew has over five years of experience in the independent financial planning and employee benefits design arenas. He has been particularly active in the growth of Lawson-Hawks' Human Resource Compliance and Benefits Consulting initiatives. In this capacity, Mr. Andrew has headed a team that recently forged a marketing partnership between Lawson-Hawks and Zywave, Inc. Zywave(R) provides Web-based marketing, communication and data analysis tools to the insurance brokerage community.

Mr. Andrew's employee benefits consulting experience enables both him and his consulting team to craft compliant programs for the business clients of Lawson-Hawks. As a specialist in the integration of online human resource management tools into clients' existing HR backbones, Mr. Andrew has enthusiastically embraced the applications of Zywave, Inc. "We are persuaded that the arena of human resources benefits management by our business clients will be positively affected by embracing the multiple tools available to them in customized Zywave applications. Not only are we able to design unique HR communication portals for our clients, but we can deliver incredibly organized employee census data to senior management, thereby assisting them in the economic efficiencies and compliance issues requiring their ongoing attention," said Andrew.

Having previously served as an Associate Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors, Mr. Andrew joined Lawson-Hawks in February of 2003. At American Express, he gained valuable experience in seminar presentation of diverse concepts such as 401(k) retirement planning, employee benefits, disability insurance, long-term care, mutual fund acquisition and comprehensive financial planning for highly compensated individuals. Since joining Lawson-Hawks, Mr. Andrew has focused his experience on employee benefits, automating client-employer human resource systems and creating a trusted advisory role with affiliated companies.

Mr. Andrew has a B.A. in Communications from Lewis and Clark College and holds California State insurance licenses. He is currently studying for his Certified Financial Planner accreditation.
