MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 25, 2009 — Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, Inc., a regional independent insurance broker based in Mountain View, California, today announced the acquisition of the historic Truckee, California Insurance Agency. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
