Josh Nail Joins Lawson-Hawks Insurance Brokerage Firm

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 29, 2005 — Josh M. Nail has recently accepted the position of Vice President, Employee Benefits Division, for Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates. Mr. Nail joins Lawson-Hawks with over eight years of experience as a Senior Sales Representative for a major national managed care company as well as an industry leader in medical stop-loss coverage. Consistently among the top producers at his previous firms, Josh brings a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits across both medical and ancillary coverage lines for small and large employers alike. As a Vice President in the Employee Benefits Division, Mr. Nail will be focused on coordinating client's overall benefit strategies in accordance with their specific financial and business goals.

Since joining the national insurance brokerage intermediary, Mr. Nail has assumed a lead consultative role with some of Lawson-Hawks' largest commercial business clients, according to Miller.

Mr. Nail has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and holds NASD Series 6 and California State Insurance licenses.
