SAN DIEGO, June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. a global consulting, engineering and commissioning firm, is announcing that Senior Vice President John Passanante, PE, RCDD, will be transferring to the firm's San Diego office to lead the overall operations for the location. In addition, he will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the Facilities Management/Commissioning practices (FMCx) practice areas in the western part of the United States.

Mr. Passanante has two decades of experience and has been with Syska Hennessy in their New York City office for over 17 years, most recently leading the company's global ICT and FMCx practices. During his tenure with the company, John developed technical benchmarks and project management approaches that have been adopted throughout the Syska organization, and which helped position the firm as a recognized industry standard setter.
John will retain his role as global practice leader for the company's ICT and FMCx practices while providing overall leadership to the San Diego office. He will focus his energies on growing all of the firm's services in San Diego and throughout the western U.S. region. He will continue to serve key client relationships that he built in NY through regular communication and frequent visits to the NY City office.
