Jim Ward is an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with more than 30 years of experience in management consulting, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and information technology. Jim has extensive experience working with the top management of both major domestic and international corporations as well as small to mid-sized family-owned businesses. His extensive experience has given him a practical, insider's understanding of many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, banking, mutual funds, telecommunications, technology services, government and higher education.
Mr. Ward became an investment banker after building and then selling the management consulting firm he founded in 1991. Before founding that firm, Mr. Ward held senior-level management positions in the Management Consulting Division of Ernst & Young and in the Information Technology Division of Hallmark Cards, Inc. Mr. Ward earned his Executive Fellows Master's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.
