(Los Angeles) announced a partnership with TDY Lodging's Corporate Housing division, which will enable them to assist in the marketing of hundreds of nationwide furnished rentals currently being featured on TDY Lodging. In exchange, iRent will be paid through a performance-based compensation plan based on the volume of leads generating reservations and qualified lease signings. iRent will fully develop and install the real estate reservation software applications for house rentals, apartments, condos, as well as furnished corporate housing including vacation rentals throughout the United States and Europe. iRent's corporate housing reservation software will be utilized for the tracking of furnished house and apartment rental reservations through TDY Lodging to include all qualified leads and referrals. As a separate application, iRent will install and provide Web analytics tracking reports for all traffic to the real estate property listings.
In addition to the marketing agreement with TDY Lodging, iRent has also developed several Beta versions of the core websites affiliated with TDY Lodging, including Corporate House Rentals, Biz Lodging, and Base Lodging, all of which are key developmental sites of TDY Lodging as the company expands out further into new markets.
