INVISION, INC. Names Dwight Gibbs as Chief Information Officer

Technology Veteran Will Lead Development of TV Industry's First Cross-Platform Ad Sales System

NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2010 — INVISION, INC., the leading provider of advertising planning and sales solutions to the media industry, today announced the appointment of Dwight Gibbs as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Gibbs will drive INVISION's continued development of innovative ad sales and management tools, including the development of the industry's first cross-platform solution, unifying ad sales and management across traditional and new media. Prior to this position, Gibbs spent more than 20 years serving in senior technology management roles with companies ranging from INPUT to Legg Mason, Capital One, and The Motley Fool.

"Technology should make our lives easier and more efficient, and that's what INVISION has always done with our leading advertising sales solutions in the television industry," said Lynda Clarizio, CEO of INVISION. "Dwight's extensive experience will ensure our continued success in the TV ad sales space while helping our partners move aggressively into the rapidly growing digital space. With Dwight leading our technology team, we believe INVISION is uniquely positioned to deliver the preeminent cross-platform solution for traditional and advanced television, mobile, and digital media."

"In a converging world, broadcast and cable operators shouldn't have to build a Rube Goldberg system of overlapping tools and software to manage their advertising sales across traditional outlets and new media," said Gibbs. "The television industry needs a unified solution to reach viewers wherever they are and deliver the most effective advertising. I'm excited to help INVISION extend its leadership from its existing tools into these critical new areas."

Offered on both an enterprise and hosted basis, INVISION's software-based solutions manage the sale of more than $12 billion in annual television advertising inventory. Through its optimization technology, the company helps its customers increase the revenue yield on available advertising inventory. INVISION has established valuable and trusted relationships with a wide array of customers representing over 40 media outlets such as Comcast, NBC Universal, Sony Pictures Television, and Univision.
