INVISION Announces Exclusive Deal With Turner Broadcasting to Bring Industry's Most Advanced Traffic System to Market

Company Secures Worldwide Distribution Rights to Turner Broadcasting's State-of-the-Art Traffic System; Will Offer Industry's Premier End-to-End Ad Sales and Traffic Solution

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2010 — INVISION, Inc., the leading provider of advertising planning and sales solutions to the media industry, today announced that the company has secured exclusive worldwide distribution rights to the industry's most advanced traffic system, Crossroad, from Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). INVISION will ready the Crossroad traffic system for general release and seamlessly integrate it with the DealMaker ad sales system, bringing to market the media industry's most advanced all-in-one solution.

INVISION's all-in-one solution will provide strategic advantages over other solutions in the market by fully integrating DealMaker, the industry's leading ad sales system, with the robust, feature-rich Crossroad commercial operations system, eliminating data inefficiencies and enabling dynamic information transfer. The consolidated DealMaker and Crossroad offering will be fully managed and supported by INVISION's world-class team, from development to implementation to training and support. General release is scheduled for 2011.

"INVISION is committed to investing our resources towards product innovation, and one of our goals has been to bring to market an integrated sales and commercial operations solution which leverages DealMaker's strategic value to our clients," said Lynda Clarizio, CEO of INVISION. "When we compared all of the existing traffic systems, Turner's platform was unquestionably the best, with the most cutting-edge and scalable architecture, a contemporary and user-friendly interface, a modular design, and web services that facilitate easy integration with third-party systems. Crossroad's strengths completely complement DealMaker. At a time when consolidation is limiting customers' choices, we are excited to bring to market an end-to-end solution that will transform the technology landscape of the media industry."

Crossroad is a comprehensive commercial operations system tailored to the needs of the television industry, currently supporting all of Turner's domestic television operations, including TBS, TNT, CNN and Cartoon Network. Key strengths include a scalable .Net architecture with well-constructed web services to easily support growth, robust management of multiple networks and feeds, efficient commercial placement optimized by a powerful scheduling engine, and support for all distributed content such as live events, sports, news and entertainment.

"Media companies today face a devil's dilemma when choosing a commercial operations system because this market segment is often neglected," said Jennifer New, VP of Product Management at INVISION. "Many of the existing solutions are outdated and were built to support a fairly static business model, not the ever-evolving industry we see today. That's why Turner built a truly advanced commercial operations solution from the ground up, a system that manages billions of advertising dollars across some of the largest, most diverse networks in the world. We believe that unifying such a powerful commercial operations system with our industry-leading DealMaker fills the void in the market for a single-vendor, best-of-breed solution."
