According to that agreement, Inaccess acquires Sense One Technologies Ltd (UK), the UK operating entity of Sense One Technologies and incorporates pvSense product line and solar PV related operations in its global solutions portfolio.

Following the transaction, Inaccess is now monitoring more than 1,200 solar plants with a total capacity exceeding 1.5 GW in US, Europe and Asia.
