Imperium Announces Licensing Agreement of Ultrasound Camera for Subsea Usage

Imperium, together with leading subsea contractor, will adapt high resolution ultrasound device for diver and ROV applications

BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Imperium, Inc. announced the signing of a worldwide licensing arrangement to adapt Imperium's unique ultrasound camera inspection system for subsea applications.  The agreement, with Subsea 7, covers a variety of diver and ROV mounted uses in an offshore energy setting.  Once Imperium's tools are adapted for subsea usage, the two companies will perform a series of trials on both legacy and advanced materials.
