The Hyphen Home Owner Portal integrates warranty, scheduling, and construction progress notices for each builder's new home start within a single online web portal. The Portal provides builders with the ability to effortlessly keep home buyers informed on every phase of their home ownership. Builders can send home buyer notes, schedule appointments with them online, and provide periodic status updates. The builder can also keep a running audit trail of all transactions and track all warranty requests without any manual entry.
The Hyphen Home Owner Portal is seamlessly integrated with the BuildPro and SupplyPro platforms, eliminating the need for the use of multiple systems to track home construction and warranty. Builders can leverage the existing Hyphen communication platform by allowing home buyers to issue warranty requests that can then be directed by the builder to the necessary trade partner for fulfillment through SupplyPro.
