SYRACUSE, N.Y., Oct. 27, 2008 — Griffin Filters, an air filtration systems and bulk material handling equipment manufacturer, today announced a large order for catalytic filter bags for two of its nuclear power plant waste incinerator baghouses. These baghouses and the associated incinerator system are located in an overseas power plant and used to collect the ash from the incineration of common waste materials generated in the plant. The catalytic filters will be installed in 2009.
