Great Value Colleges Lists the Top 50 Most Affordable Colleges for International Students

SALISBURY, Md., June 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Great Value Colleges has released a new list of 50 great and affordable colleges for international students. The authors took data from US News and World Report's list of schools with the highest number of international students. They then looked at the tuition levels of each of these schools in order to rank them.

"Many colleges have increased tuition over the course of the past few years, which has a direct impact on enrollment," said editor Autumn Naugle. "They've had to seek new sources of students, and as a result, universities are putting more effort into attracting international students."

The list provides students with a brief overview of each college, along with geographic region, in-state and out-of-state tuition costs, and the percentage of international students. It also tells students what kinds of services and opportunities are available to them. Among these are orientation programs, special schools for immigrants, career counseling services, language expansion programs and courses delivered in multiple languages.
