GOSO, an Automotive Dealer Web and Social Media Suite, Partners with Carfax

WASHINGTON, Oct. 30, 2009 — GOSO, a new web technology-based product designed for automotive dealers, is proud to announce its partnership with Carfax. GOSO, an intuitive vehicle inventory broadcast platform, will integrate Carfax vehicle history information as a free, value-added feature to consumers.

GOSO publishes and shares inventory across various channels including social networks, social bookmarks, video websites, vehicle portals, and more. The system also generates content-rich search-engine-optimized landing pages for each vehicle in the dealer's inventory. GOSO currently has various partners that provide information via VIN decoding, attributes and safety ratings. The partnership with Carfax enhances pages with vehicle history highlights from Carfax, which may include number of owners, mileage, and if the car qualifies for the Carfax Buyback Guarantee. In addition, full Carfax Vehicle History Reports may be available from Carfax-subscribing dealers.

GOSO's innovative platform integrates with any dealer management system and automatically utilizes inventory to create customizable landing pages complete with features, images and video. The videos are created on demand with voice-to-text voiceovers and music. Some other GOSO features include lead management and a proprietary buzz monitoring tool to help auto dealers manage their online brand reputation.

The timing of the product couldn't be any better since JD Power just announced at the Associates Automotive Internet Roundtable in Las Vegas that the auto industry would be better served searching out new buyers on social media networks rather than search engines like Google and Yahoo.
