Growing financial services company snags No. 19 ranking
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 25, 2011 — One of the nation's fastest-growing financial services companies is also one of the best companies to work for in Florida.
Florida Trend magazine named Foundation Financial Group as one of Florida's "Best Companies To Work For in 2011," after a lengthy survey process. The magazine honors one hundred companies in small, medium and large employer categories. The rankings — the third annual statewide best companies list — appear in the August issue of Florida Trend and online at FloridaTrend.com.
Foundation Financial Group ranked No. 19 in the large company division and as the No. 2 financial services company.

Companies underwent a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings. Companies were not required to pay a participation fee to go through the online assessment process.
