Recent words from a SingleHop client via email:

"I called in because I had a problem with my server and how it was naming databases and I was stuck and not sure what to do. Mike helped me to fix the problem in about 10 minutes and was very friendly on the phone too. He got the job done right and did it quickly too. That meant I could get back to my customers." "We really focused on accountability throughout the entire organization last year, from our data center technicians to our senior leadership.
