New features that include the ability for a user to selectively be joined to multiple groups was suggested by a number of firms. Other additions and upgrades were also directly suggested by design/build and construction customers. Mr. Bumgarner was emphatic when he stated the company's policy was to work for the people who support them, by giving them improvements that make their work easier and, hopefully, help build their business. While this would seem obvious, Mr. Bumgarner remarked, he said he thought way too many companies today are more than willing to throw resources at the customers they don't have, while ignoring their existing, loyal customers who've been paying the bills. Mr. Bumgarner believes this is wrong and says this will never happen at Applied Answers while he is at the head.
