NEW YORK, May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — The Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday approved a cosmetic treatment for the unsightly double chin that does not require surgery. The treatment, Kybella, targets fat cells below the chin when injected – fat cells which until now could only be reduced through liposuction.
