Acquisition Expands ExteNet's Portfolio of Marquee Indoor Networks
CHICAGO, May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — ExteNet Systems, Inc., the leading independent provider of distributed networks (DNS) enabling advanced cellular and wireless connectivity, today announced the acquisition of Dallas-based enterprise communications infrastructure solution provider Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI).
The TPI management team will be integrated into ExteNet's Indoor DNS business unit. In addition, Jimmy Chiles, TPI's President and co-founder, alongside others on TPI's management team, will be investors in ExteNet going forward. Financial terms of the acquisition will not be disclosed.

ExteNet will undertake maintenance operations responsibilities for all existing TPI networks. Properties and venues in TPI's portfolio currently include Madison Square Garden, the LA Forum, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), the KFC YUM Arena and the Kentucky Exposition Center, among others.
