Embed YouTube Video Marketing in Classified Ad Listings with Classifieds Earth Free New Tool

MANCHESTER, N.H., June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Individuals and businesses using online classifieds to sell goods and services can now take advantage of a new YouTube video marketing tool from Classifieds Earth (http://classifiedsearth.com), a free ad service for national and international buyers and sellers.

"We decided to let customers add YouTube videos to their listings because YouTube is now so commonplace that everyone is using it, especially realtors, car dealers and Internet marketers," said James Reardon, manager of Classifieds Earth. Now realtors can include virtual tours of properties, auto dealers can showcase their cars and Internet marketers can provide demonstrations of their product or service." Sellers can also use the videos to show tips on usage or purchasing, customer testimonials and more. "By offering these next-generation classifieds, we're ahead of most of the competition," said Reardon.

"The main goal of our website is to offer both business and individuals a powerful marketing vehicle at little to no cost," said Reardon. Users can include a maximum of two YouTube videos within one listing. The first video will be embedded at no charge, and the second can be included for a nominal fee. Users simply add the web address of the YouTube video to their listing, and the video will be displayed in a special section in their ad.

Launched in November 2011, Classifieds Earth offers free basic classifieds and affordable premium listing upgrades. "Our goal is to provide exceptional service and do things other online listings can't or won't," said Reardon. "For example, many classifieds sites do not like business ads, but we have a category specifically for business listings." Classifieds Earth also distinguishes itself by being one of the few classifieds sites with a Green category for solar or wind products and more. Other categories include Jobs, For Sale, Housing, Classes, Community, Work at Home Opportunities and Pets (the only category requiring payment at this time).

In addition to the YouTube videos, sellers can also include up to six photos for no charge. The website also offers social media integrated advertising such as allowing sellers to stream tweets from any Twitter account. Users also have their own RSS feed link that can be used to post their listings to their Facebook wall using RSS Graffiti.

"We integrated social media to give sellers maximum exposure," said Reardon. "We are constantly working to improve our service so that when sellers subscribe, they get powerful marketing tools that will make their posting experience fast, easy, efficient and smooth. We'll keep developing this site so that we can provide customers with the best marketing tools."

Buyers and sellers can register at Classifieds Earth at no charge, and sellers can upgrade to a custom online storefront for $19 per year. For more information, visit http://classifiedsearth.com.
