Hugo Saucedo, Editor of Top Masters in Education, stated, "As one of the most challenging and essential jobs in our society, teachers have often been underpaid and overworked which very quickly leads to attrition.  Being able to make an informed decision about the work and living environment in addition to the pay that one needs to eliminate financial stress and feel fulfilled is critical to attracting and retaining excellent teachers which will in turn provide our children with education needed to succeed in life."
