ATLANTA, Aug. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — DocAuto, a globally trusted leader in Enterprise Content Management solutions and services, has released a new version of their WorkSite and Citrix ShareFile integration solution.
WorkSite Organizer for ShareFile® is an add-in to iManage DeskSite or FileSite that provides users with quick and easy ways to send, store, and exchange files between the iManage document management system and the Citrix ShareFile system. With this new version, files may now be zipped prior to upload, then encrypted, using AES256 encryption, and password protected. The password can then be stored in ShareFile as hidden metadata protected using Triple DES SHA-1 encryption. This allows authorized users to re-send passwords or decrypt files if necessary. Administrators can pre-configure password options and restrict settings for end users. DocAuto is also adding SAML single sign-on authentication for ShareFile to eliminate the need for users to enter and remember separate ShareFile account passwords. Version 3.0 also allows firms to customize the format of links sent to external users, allowing for branding of the messages as desired.
