CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Arbitration Resolution Services, Inc. Headquartered in Coral Springs, Fla., the company's Arb-IT™ software fully automates the step-by-step process of arbitration and mediation.

ARS helps clients resolve disputes involving claims for monetary damages up to $100,000 in a faster, more efficient and less costly way than traditional litigation. Unlike judicial processes, ARS arbitration hearings and mediations are scheduled for the convenience of the participants – they never have to leave their homes, offices or businesses. Hearings and mediations are conducted via phone and video conference.

"ARS clients can save as much as 80 percent of the costs of traditional litigation in as little as 20 percent of the time," said ARS President and CEO Thomas P. Weber. "This affordability means that individuals and small to mid-sized companies can pursue claims previously out of reach."

The Arb-IT™ software allows users to upload evidence (including photographs and videos) from virtually any PC, tablet or mobile device so parties can easily participate in the dispute resolution process.

Arb-IT™ uses a proprietary, fully automated and impartial arbitrator selection process to systematically select credentialed arbitrators to manage claims. To ensure neutrality, a conflicts check is integrated into the ARS system to make sure the arbitrator has no connection to the parties.
