The DHS contract has a $3B ceiling and represents an effort by DHS to establish a multi-vendor approach to implementing mission critical public safety communications.

As part of this contract, Rivada and 308 SYSTEMS will provide the DHS and its partner agencies a full array of tactical communications commodity products, infrastructure and services. The contract specifies that the team will deliver products and services under Technical Category 3 (Infrastructure Services), and Technical Category 4 (O&M Services).
The White House Communications Agency (WHCA), Department of Interior, Department of State, and Department of Justice will also have access to order state of the art command and communications products through these contracts as DHS partner agencies.
