ComCam Technology Applications for Restaurants in Franchising Joint Venture

WEST CHESTER, Pa., July 21, 2010 — ComCam International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCJ) announced today that it has executed a joint venture agreement with The School of Franchising in Kansas City, Kansas to offer a turnkey franchise management system as a monthly service to the restaurant industry. The joint venture expects to deploy ComCam's patented video-based Enterprise Sensor Management (ESM) system to 3,000 franchise units by the end of 2011 and another 25,000 by the end of 2012.

ESM integrates a powerful POS system and a network of sensors with a ComCam gateway device, allowing franchise owners to visually monitor activities critical to the franchise from a wireless handheld or laptop. Sensors attached to all in-store appliances that require ongoing monitoring give the franchise owner a powerful tool for saving money, reducing shrinkage, and viewing real-time, up-to-the-minute profit and loss data. A pilot demonstration of the system is currently up and running in Kansas in two Mr. Goodcents franchises – . Mr. Goodcents, a franchise concept with over 130 units throughout the Midwest, will be the testbed for future releases of the ESM system.

ComCam Chairman and CEO Don Gilbreath stated, "This system is derived from our patented video and sensor fusion technology used by the military. We are delighted with the opportunity for recurring revenue from adapting this technology for restaurant chains nationwide."

Joe Bisogno, Founder and President of the School of Franchising, said, "We are excited to be partnered with ComCam that has used our input and knowledge of franchising to tailor its wireless computing platform for the retail sector. Our school is the first of its kind to offer game-changing technology and management tools that did not exist until now. Teaming up with ComCam allows us to offer the restaurant industry a new way of doing business at a reasonable monthly cost."

Pete Ianace, President of ComCam, added, "We are excited to be partnered with Joe's experienced team in educating franchise operators on how to achieve multi-unit success from greater operational efficiencies."
