ComCam Sponsors Critical Infrastructure Security Summit

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 22, 2005 — ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA) announced today that it will sponsor the Critical Infrastructure Homeland Security Summit to be held October 18 and 19, 2005, in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

The two-day event brings together representatives from AMTRAK, DHS, TSA, The US Coast Guard, Customs & Border Protection, US Airways, members of the House of Representatives and others to share solutions and discuss interoperability issues, to create a safer, more secure infrastructure in the United States and around the world.

ComCam's Chairman and CEO, Don Gilbreath, will lead two breakout sessions. The first session, "Video Surveillance and Infrastructure Security," will be offered in partnership with John Kloske and Steve Untiedt from the University of South Florida's Center for Ocean Technology.

It will feature the Mobile Inspection Package (MIP), an innovative underwater sonar and video system using ComCam's video operating system. This system was deployed to augment security at the NFL's Super Bowl XXXIX, to scan miles of piers, docks, bulkheads, and bridge abutments along Jacksonville's waterfront.

The second session, "US Navy Maritime Case Study," will be presented in partnership with Charles Mark of Technology Services Corp. It will feature the US Naval Systems Command Anti-Terrorism Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit framework used for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

This session highlights the powerful web-enabled Common Operating Picture (WebCOP) employing ComCam technology. WebCOP seamlessly links satellite imagery with sensors, controls, video, and infrastructure awareness applications. Using this system First Responders deployed to any base, post, or airfield during an emergency will have reach-back and multi-sensor access at their fingertips.
