WEST CHESTER, Pa., March 22, 2012 — ComCam International, Inc. (OTC: Gray Sheets: CMCJ) announced that it has filed a Form15 as certification and notice of termination of registration under section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Commission act of 1934.
ComCam Chairman and CEO Don Gilbreath stated, "This is our best way forward for purely financial reasons. We still have active ongoing projects as well as renewed interest and business supporting physical security and sensor applications on the US southern border. Additionally, we are monetizing some of our intellectual property through licensing and a prospective sale of some of our patent portfolio. Funding of construction contracts and product builds have been especially difficult to finance over the last quarter. This is a problem that we have been dealing with for years but not as much as recently. We are getting tired of throwing away perfectly good contracts due to this issue. After 14 years in existence we are not going away, but lack of credit facilities and funding sources are forcing us to regroup. Our revenues for 2011 were down slightly from 2010's $3.5M with the higher costs attributed to available finance."
